Personal Statement:

Mary Godin, MA, LPA, LPC is the founder of Anchor Psychological & Counseling Services, PLLC. She is a Clinical Psychologist licensed as a Psychological Associate and Licensed Professional Counselor and certified as a Health Service Provider. Mrs. Godin received her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Mrs. Godin has eight years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of treatment settings including outpatient, inpatient, residential and correctional settings. She has experience working with military families and active duty service personnel. She primarily uses cognitive-behavioral, behavioral, interpersonal, and reality based therapies. Mrs. Godin treats a wide variety of emotional and behavioral problems included but not limited to ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and autistic spectrum disorders. Mrs. Godin also conducts ADHD and personality assessments and leads groups for autistic spectrum children to teach social and emotional regulation skills.
