Debora Kashgarian, PhD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, who has practiced for over 20 years in a variety of clinical settings. She is a mother of two who specializes in parenting and disruptive behavior problems in children. Dr. Kashgarian has extensive experience helping parents manage challenging children and helping single mothers and fathers address the difficult challenge of raising children in single parent households. In addition, Dr. Kashgarian has expertise and extensive experience working with difficult to treat, self-destructive be haviors in both adults and children (such as self injurious behavior, eating disorders, and other self defeating behaviors). Over the years, Dr. Kashgarian has provided clinical training to hundreds of psychotherapists at various community counseling centers, to state professional organizations, and to teachers and parents through local school systems.
