Dr. Grotsky has been in the private sector since 1975 and full time private practice since l981. His practice, Human Growth and Training Associates, is the oldest group of mental health practitioners, having started in 1976. Dr. Grotsky enjoys working with all types of clients , with areas of specialization including family therapy, adult psychotherapy, and forensic psychology. He is particularly involved in working with families experiencing divorce and guiding them towards developing healthy ways of dealing with this trauma. Dr. Grotsky and his wife, Gail, have been married 35 years, and have two adult children.
